Water possibly leaking

So just want to start off by saying I go to the doctors tomorrow to get check. However anyone have their water start leaking and if so how did u know? I think mine is leaking slowly because I don't feel the water coming out no gush or anything but about half way through the day my underwear are wet. There is no color and no odor. The only thing I can think of is my water is leaking or I have really watery discharge. I've never had this with past pregnancies so I have nothing to compare it to.
