Hi ladies I hope u all well m so nervous I had miscarriage at 5 weeks it’s completely finished and negative pregnancy test but now from 2 days it’s pink spotting very light with mild cramps and feeling tired 😴 on period due anyone got positive pregnancy after miscarriage instead of period so confused 😐
