Implantation?

Af was 2 days late. Now I’ve been having spotting to very light (pictured below) only when wipe, I’m wearing a pad and haven’t had a drop on any of them in 3 days. I’ve been super nauseous (never happens during af) the last couple of days fatigue, hot flashes, emotional AF I’m crying soon as I think about the word cry 🙄, chills, cramps, diarrhea after eating and lost of appetite the last 4 days. I honestly thought I had covid again but I just had covid a month ago. All of this is very abnormal for me and I typically spot 2 days before af. Thoughts?
