Is this normal for third trimester?

I’ve been having really watery discharge like when I stand up it drips out, gross I know. But yesterday I started to notice white flakes in it it doesn’t burn or itch, smell bad, or anything. I’ve been having more contractions but I think they’re from dehydration. This is a lot more than normal, it’s normally just really watery with white clumps/flakes. Is this normal?

I have this. I wear a panty liner in my panties because it’s like I’m just leaking. My ob said our body naturally secretes and creates discharge but during pregnancy our hormones change so there’s more discharge than usual. Also tmi but I’m sexually charged 24/7 so I thought it may have just been that but it’s all day even when I’m doing something so innocent like baking so I asked my ob

Looks normal to me, I’ve been having this and had with my son but it never hurts to run it by your OB!
