Could I be pregnant ??

Period is 3 days late. I’ve been extremely crampy/bloated/tired/moody/and breast hurt. I’ve taken 2 tests and they said negative. I’m currently EBF my 10 month old also and have just recently started having a period again this was going to be my 3rd period since giving birth. I’m kind of freaking out that I may be pregnant (I don’t use birth control and hubby “pulls out”) I’m not sure if I could still be pregnant and the test are just not reading it yet or if this is common after you have a baby/breastfeed. Has anyone else experienced something like this??

Hmm you could be, but for me my periods are really irregular when they first come back and I’m still breastfeeding. I EBF as well and my periods came back at 7 months pp this time. After the first period it was like…45 days or something crazy until I got the next period! The next time it was a little better but like 35 days between. It takes awhile to regulate back to the 27/28 day cycle I usually have. I’m still breastfeeding so I think that keeps it irregular. Also my breasts gets extremely sore and I get very crampy for about a week before my period, which doesn’t happen when I’m not breastfeeding.

With breast feeding you never know what your cycle is going to be! You clearly arent "regular" yet to know if a period is late or just still working out your porgesterone from breastfeeding.

Never count yourself out until you get your period. My October baby was a pull out baby. Keep testing!

If those symptoms were due to pregnancy your tests would be positive. Especially being late. Sounds like a wonky cycle
