I had to tell her kid no for food

My neighbor pisses me off. I have 4 kids to take care of and a recently deceased husband. She has a daughter who she uses her daughter to guilt me and make me feel bad. She will sent her daughter up to ask for food and milk and stuff even though my neighbor will text me before hand and I will tell her I don't have much. She also owes me so much babysitting money. She doesn't even ask me to babysit anymore she just sends her daughter to me after she leaves. i had to borrow money from someone and got my kids pizza for dinner because it was cheap and she again sends her daughter to ask for food. I have 4 kids. pizza has eight slices so each of my kids gets 2 and I get none. So i told her I don't have enough food and I'm sorry. Her mom comes up all passive agressively telling me how hungry her daughter is and she thinks I'm being "selfish"...... Wtf... I slammed the door in her face. I hate children who go hungry but at the end of the day I can't help everyone and my kids come first. i texted her to leave me alone and next time she just leaves and sends her daughter to me without asking I'm calling cps.

Edit: From what she's told me she doesn't like the babies fathers girlfriend so she has been doing everything in her power to keep him away. The father has to pay for a lawyer himself if he wants to try to get even joint custody if they aren't married. That's why she hasn't put him on child support because then that would give him an in to trying for custody.
