Tooth ache

Does anyone know of anything you can take or apply for tooth ache while pregnant? We left for vacation today and will be gone for a whole week and I’ve had a tooth ache for a couple of weeks but have been puttting it off.. I’m pretty sure I might have a cavity but not sure! it’s getting worse and I don’t want to be miserable on my vacation.

Unfortunately with it being the weekend I can’t call my doctors office till Monday but does anyone know of anything safe I can take while 12 weeks pregnant and breast feeding?

I took Tylenol extra strength today and that didn’t seem to help much..
