2 days ago , I decided it was the day to finally just stop breastfeeding my little guy. It was definitely a bittersweet moment but , I knew it was for the best as it would help him get longer stretches of sleep at night and give my boobs a much needed break!

NOW … my tits feel like literal 10 pound rocks and they HURT SO BAD!! I’ve been wearing a tight sports bra , putting cabbage leaves in my bra, and just started drinking some teas I read can help dry up supply but omg I don’t know how much more of this I can take. I can’t sleep or even be bumped on my boobs without wincing in pain.

Please drop all your tips below! It was DEFINITELY not this hard with my first one 😭
