Light pink spotting 31w

update: dr called back and said I’m good to wait around and to just go into L&D if I experience any more bleeding.

I already called the on call doctor and I’m waiting for a call back. But I never had anything like this with my daughter so I guess I’m just a little worried. I had light cramps and diarrhea too but never know if that’s my IBS or not because it’s always so different during pregnancy. Any mamas have anything similar happen? I read it could be nothing but also could be a sign of something more serious.
