3 hour glucose test one result failed. Should I be concerned?

On Tuesday I did my one hour glucose test and failed. I wasn’t too nervous about it because that happened with my first baby and I passed the 3 hour glucose just fine and I figured that would happen this time. So I did my 3 hour test yesterday and for the most part it was fine. My fasting base levels, one hour levels and three hour levels were all great and well under the limit. But for some reason my 2 hour levels were over by 6 points. 
The results were like auto posted to my Kaiser app this morning, and I know my dr will call on Monday to talk about the results but I was just curious if this happened to anyone else and what that means for them. If they got diagnosed with GD or just had to retest maybe?

The number they are looking at is the fasting number. I got diagnosed with GD with my first and my levels were always normal, but it wasn’t until I was like 38 weeks that I had to be careful. I was set to get induced at 39w2d because she was getting too big, but she came naturally by herself the day before! 9lbs9oz healthy baby ❤️ she was born with a brachial plexus injury in her left arm because she was so big, but it can happen to big babies. 
Since your other 2 levels were high by 6 points I’m not sure. I just know that my fasting number was high. Wish you the best! But if you do get diagnosed, just remember it’s temporary and if you can diet control then awesome! It’s hard at first but so easy once you get the hang of it ☺️

I failed my 1hr test then when I took my 3hr test I failed with one (the first hour of the test) then my other 2 were fine but my midwife still diagnosed me with GD only to be precautious and get the extra care the baby could need, and the whole time I saw a specialist I kept my sugar numbers normal and low and throughout my whole pregnancy they were impressed and didn’t understand how I had “GD” .. the extra care was great to have though
