Hcg Levels…. HELP

I’m only 14dpo so 4 weeks, I got blood work in Thursday’s afternoon to confirm pregnancy and it was 32 and i also went in on Tuesday and it was at 13 so it more than doubled two days later, then I got blood work today early this morning I know it wasn’t a full 48 hours but still my levels only went up to 47 and I’m scared of what this could mean. I’ve wanted this so much and I also started on progesterone like Wednesday and I have no idea if that effects it in any way I know it taking 2-3 days to double but I’m just scared this isn’t a good sign.
