Gallbladder?!?!

I am sick 2,3 and 4 times a day usually about an hour after I eat. I literally lose EVERYTHING in my stomach.. No medicine is working and I've lost 16lbs in the last few weeks. I'm 12w 6d pregnant according to measurements but according to lmp a few days less. I don't really get sick from any smells I have like twice. I had really bad pain in my stomach right below where my sternum is, like an inch or so below, and it lasted about 45 minutes and I had to fight crying. Other than that I've had sorness but just been really sick. At this point I'm thinking gallbladder but is it possible without it hurting much?
