A little help?

So, I'm wondering if this could be early pregnancy signs or not... when I got on the app today, I saw the first picture... I figured I was late, but I didn't realize it was that late... I'm normally pretty regular give or take a couple of days (early or late)... so, I got a little curious and found a pregnancy calculator... now, I went through a couple of them because I wanted to know around when the conception date was to cross reference with my health log... the pics in the post are in order... I'm curious tho... what are the common symptoms for early pregnancy?

I will say that my boobs are definitely more sensitive/sore recently... and there have been a few waves of nausea around different foods... I've also been wanting to take naps randomly... but, other then that, I'm not sure what else... please help with advice or info... I'm flying blind here

Also, side note... for those of you with dogs or animals in general... has the animal started following you or choosing you instead of the person they usually go to? Cuz, my humans dog, and Wayfinder is definitely his, has started following me, being clingy to me, and choosing me over my human lately... which is really weird...
