Breast changes

Hello!

I’m sure this is all normal but this is my first pregnancy so sometimes I’m not sure what’s normal or what’s not. So I noticed that there’s a lot going on with my boobs. So the skin around my areolas are getting darker. I have a red splotch or 2 here and there. A red dot on one side and darker splotches/lines underneath (those I think might be stretch marks)

Does this happen to everyone?
