Unsure if I should go to the hospital

24 +3 weeks — These past couple of days I’ve been having mild cramping on my right bottom side & under my ribs have been feeling like i just ran 10 miles (really sharp pain) early today my head starts throbbing and hasn’t stop. I can feel my head just pulsating in pain. Along with that my left arm is extremely sore but I haven’t done any lifting heave or out of the ordinary. Should I go to the hospital or give it a couple more days. Im in my first pregnancy so im not sure on how to handle this. My ob is closed Sunday and Monday. And do I have to go to the hospital im suppose to delivery at. It’s about an hour away. There’s one 30 min. Please no rude comments im starting to genuinely worry.. have never been one to just go to the hospital or doctors but it’s my baby
