i think i’m pregnant

i’ve been feeling SO off lately. i have a lot of stuff going in my life so i’ve been hitting super low points this week and just CRYING… i’m on birth control and i take it at the same time everyday but this past week i was cramping and my period isn’t for another week and i just went to the bathroom and there’s blood? my boobs hurt a little but they usually hurt around this time. my friends said i might get my period early and i struggle w an eating disorder. i don’t know. please help me in the comments. i’ve never ever had bloood before my period before.
