Thin period blood/ anemia ? ¿

Hi. It’s been a while since i’ve been on here because my periods are just so irregular there is kind of no point. i only get one about every 3 months sometimes longer sometimes shorter and they are always god awful throwing up passing out everything. I’ve been told within the last year that i am anemic so idk if it has anything to do with it or what. i woke up this morning thinking i peed myself, i felt my stomach because it was soaking wet and my hand became soaking wet so i got up, my bed was soaked like i peed the bed. i ran to the bathroom there is thin blood all down my legs, up my stomach, all over my shirt, everywhere. my periods are always bad but this is seriously a new one for me and i early freaking me out. my blood is thin as water. pls help
