Said something I definitely shouldn’t have

My grandmother turned 90 recently and my S/Os grandmother asked about the party and when I told her my grandmother was 90 she responded with “god love her” so I brought up how my grandmother said she didn’t want to make it to 100. It was sort of a joke my grandmother said at the party that everyone thought was kind of funny. His grandmother was like “every birthday is a blessing”

After I said it my S/O nudged me a few times. I feel so embarrassed that I actually brought that up. Can I do anything? I’ve noticed sometimes I just say things I shouldn’t say. My S/O will definitely bring it up later on. What do I say?
