Diarrhea?
Heya I’m 12 Dpo today, and had what felt like period cramps last night then went to bed and woke up at 1am with terrible cramps which from then had given me diarrhea. I now just feel real nauseous and bloated and just terrible. No clue why this happened, could it have anything to do with conception? Scared to take a test yet because I don’t want to get disappointed again. Average cycle is 34 days and currently sitting on day 32
