Womb bloom Fertility Tea

So I've tried for four years with no luck. I got down and emotional and gave up for awhile. Well last cycle we made the decision to try again. I bought Fertility tea (womb bloom) I only drunk three cups because it made me spot with alot of CM on CD 8 and it increased my sex drive dramatically. We baby danced that day, and the next day my app said i was entering my fertile window, so we baby danced three more times that week. Well I am now on CD 17. I know I might sound crazy but I feel like the tea brought on my ovulation, as I dont think I ovulate every month. Yet my periods are fairly regular. 28-29 day cycle. I guess what im asking, could the tea have caused me to possibly ovulate on CD 8 because now on CD 17, im achey in my hips, and legs into my ankles, my boobs are sore and I have 0 energy. Maybe I've caught something but I was just needing some advice. I have wanted symptoms so bad I made them happen before. That could be it. Any advice from anyone whose tried womb bloom? I bought OPKs im just waiting for them to come in the mail. I hope I get my positive so it will be a waste of money. Lmao
