Missed miscarriage

A missed miscarriage is my worry of the day! Does anyone know how common this is? Trying to ease my mind. First scan in a little less than 2 weeks (at 10+3) and I’m horrified that I’ll show up and they will find that the baby is not viable. Anyone else had these thoughts?? I can’t wait until I can feel the baby kick so I know it’s still there lol!
