working moms

I have been a sahm since LO was born June 2020. Because of our family finances I have to go back to work which I am perfectly ok with! My question is how do you moms that work early wake your littles up to get them to daycare/grandparents house in time before work? I’m nervous because I will have to be at work by 7am and it’s a 35 min drive from home which means I’ll have to leave around 6 to get him to my in laws for the day. He wakes up at 8am now, do I just wake him @ 6am cold turkey? 😅
