Spotting…help me

So my usual periods consist of spotting for a few hours (max a day) before my period starts. I had my period the first week of august but this past week I’ve been spotting, brown and creamy, but I never started my period again. I had an accident and had to take a plan b so I don’t know if maybe that effected it. Anyone know what could be going on??
