Paranoid after sex

Hey girls, I just wanted to come here and talk about something I don’t really share things like that but, when ever I have sex with my boyfriend I mean every single time, I freak out after, I know that maybe it’s a sign I shouldn’t have sex. But things happen. I always use protection a condom I can’t get on birth control cause I have strict parents. But anyways I always freak out it’s like this over the top freaking out I’m so naive with things, sometimes. Idk if this is normal but I start to think the worst that I’m pregnant and I like Low-key get super stressed. I even stopped having sex for 4 months but I just had sex and again I’m freaking out. We used protection but we always have sex on ovulation well when the app says it and everything that I noticed of my body I think it’s a pregancy sign.
