Activities with March toddler?

Question

What kinds of things are y'all doing during the day with your March toddler, both at home or outside the home?
What kinds of things do you do as a family (or by yourself if your husband is gracious enough to take over) between the time you and/or your partner gets off work and bedtime for the kids? 
I feel like we are stuck in a rut!

One big thing about the table is that i keep it in our living room where we spend a lot of time otherwise it wouldn’t get used because he always wants to be close by and it’s totally worth it (: I’m hoping to buy a three tier cart for his art supplies next!

• Monday’s we play with his cousin for most of the morning. 
• Tuesdays we do his “nature homeschool” at home. Obviously. I bought a $14 curriculum (exploring nature with children) and we do that weeks activity. Either in our yard or we go to a wooded area, park, or similar within 10min of our house. 
• Wednesday’s we will usually go see my mom or just have some time outside playing in the yard. We have chickens and cats and a dog that he plays with, a sandbox, a little blow up pool with water that he LOVES (not just for swimming but also for his mud kitchen and making a mess 🤪)
• Thursdays are similar to Wednesday. 
• Fridays we usually try to do a fun activity like going to the local farm, local garden, children’s museum, hike, park, etc.
Weekends we spend with the whole family doing whatever! 
Things that we love when we are just bored at home:
-outdoor blow up kiddie pool (for swimming and not swimming) 
-we have an art table that’s “open” all the time and he spends so much time at the art table. I try to keep it stocked with fun supplies so he always has some fun supplies to use ( google eyes, feathers, Pom poms) And we hang up his art afterwards too which is fun! (The art table is my favorite) it’s also a sensory table for when i have energy to do a fun sensory activity from Pinterest inside the house. 
-balance bike. He is obsessed with his strider (: 
-having some things scheduled the same day every week has made our weeks really enjoyable and predictable for both of us. We are also going to try tinkergarten online in a couple weeks to give him some “social” time. He loved the free trial class so I’m hopeful that it would be time and money well spent. 
-i try to have a comfy place to sit in the places he spends most of his time (: 
-he helps make his meals, he does yoga with (i put on cosmic kids yoga for him), he gets some screen time in the afternoons or when dad is home. 
-going to a local park WITH SHADE is also something we do often (:

We have started doing more day drips as our son does really well in the car (we use the iPad to save us lol- games and download coco melon on Netflix ) and he LOVES exploring indoor playgrounds in bigger cities. Anywhere that has a petting zoo or children’s museum he also loves. We don’t have those wonderful things in our city though, so when we’re here we typically do walks, multiple parks, go to the lake, and in our back yard we have a playhouse/slide with a sandbox. Gets us through! Until the snow arrives in a few months anyways 😉 we also enjoy restaurants as a family once a week!

Since having my 2nd I get so nervous going places on my own. We've had a couple scary incidences where I live, nothing super crazy, but enough to make me worry....and I've been such a homebody,I feel so bad for my toddler. 😭 We do all kinds of stuff when my husband is home and when I have someone to go with.

We go to the nearby park, our beach is very close too - go there a lot, we do swim lessons twice a week and looking into a couple other classes like that. We also do music once a week. 
My husband takes our son out for bike rides w the bike seat or rollerblades/runs with the running stroller. We do a play date usually once a week maybe. 
At home I don’t set up a lot of activities- but just follow his lead - coloring books, sticker books, just reading regular books a lot, lots of play dough, once in a blue moon - painting outside or water play on our balcony.
