I just finished my weeks worth of sugar pills, are you allowed to have sex while taking the sugar pills?
What about the first day after starting the hormonal pill? Is that day safe too?

Yes, as long as u have taken all the active pills properly & start a new pack of pills on time, then u are continuously 99.7% protected even during the sugar pills week.

Sugar pills don't have any active Ingridients in them..it's just iron to help with the blood loss (hence the taste) However, if you have taken the previous three weeks accordingly then you are fine.
