HORRIBLE ACNE PLZ HELP!!!

Hi I’m my name is London I’m a 26 year old black woman who suffers from BAD adult acne/hormonal acne.. I am reaching out for help… I don’t know what to do… my acne have not cleared up and I’ve spend over $500 on products and special skin care products and nothing seems to work.. I get these pimples and then I get these disgusting dark spots with it as well.. my skin tone is uneven and I feel so unattractive and insecure… I just want clear skin, I have the PMD personal Microdermabrasion the newest released one, I change my sheets and pillow cases twice a week, I wipe down my iPhone and I don’t really eat sweets all like that and I am a Diabetic since age 9. I also used African black soap, aloe , and aloe wash.  I don’t know what to do… I’ve been to SEVERAL dermatologists and nothing seems to work… if ANYONE can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. Oooo

I use Proactiv and take the combo pill Aviane. The pill is what cleared up my skin. Make sure you’re changing your pillow case often.

I like this product and I use it with the Biore bar soap. They do have 3 different ones, I've used the green and one soap, right now I'm loving the white soap for clearing the skin. Hope this helps

Have u cut out dairy? Ik my breakouts are horrible when I was having cows milk products.
