Missed MC symptoms...

So I know that you will still have pregnancy symptoms with a missed mc.. my question is did you have a missed mc and pregnancy symptoms got worse(sore boobs got worse, sickness got worse)? Did you bleed/spot at all? Did you have unusual cramping? Did you still feel the growing twinges? I have my 9 week ultrasound next week and this is my biggest fear of all.. I just need to hear some stories.. I've already seen the baby twice at a 5 week ultrasound & a 7 week ultrasound (saw&heard heartbeat also) im just so scared still..
