Anatomy scan!

Becca

I had my anatomy scan yesterday at 19 weeks exactly. Everything looked good! 🙌🙏

This is my 5th baby, and I've not been feeling baby a whole lot. Turns out, just like #4, I have an anterior placenta. That means my placenta acts like a big pillow and absorbs most of baby's movements. Last time around my placenta moved up as baby grew, so in a month or two I'll be able to feel more of baby's movements. I like feeling baby for reassurance.

Baby was also super calm...she stayed on her back the whole scan and wasn't super active. I'm hoping that just means she'll be a chill baby. Has anyone else had a baby not very active in the ultrasound? Finding reasons to worry 😬😅
