A not finished abortion..

I had to get an abortion for medical reasons. I got an birth control injection so my body can heal and give me time to fix my medical condition.I still had left over tissue in my uterus so I had to take misoprostol to get the tissue out. My question is will I need another birth control injection since I’m basically bleeding again? Because that means even though I’ve got the abortion and injection I basically never stopped being pregnant. ( I’ve been trying for 2 years for my rainbow baby) this sucks
