Might be cyst?

I took a look at my vagina opening and noticed right at the inside of the opening there’s a large red bulge and two smaller bulges on the bottom of the opening, and when I open it up a bit I see strange bulges forming around the walls, is this potentially a cyst, yeast infection, or possibly STD? Been experiencing abdominal pain under my belly button for now 6 days and today felt more pressure than usual. I had sex with no condone and only protection was birth control pill, he finished outside twice, and a week later I swear what I had was a yeast infection or so I thought 3 weeks ago…..which I used Fluconazole for 2 pill dosages every 78 hours and I swear it cleared up or so I thought….now I’m wondering if it was a STD or worse, pregnancy. But these bulges make me think it’s a cyst or cancerous…or an STD rather than a yeast infection. Any ideas? Doctors don’t open up till Monday and I’m not available for a doctors visit till Wednesday due to work
