Eating for 2 is a myth!

Has anyone else found that the whole "eating for two" BS isn't real? I'm 7 weeks and I take 2 bites of my food and am DISGUSTINGLY full. This is baby #3 for us and I feel like my uterus had enlarged so much faster than previously.
