Hey, my bbt has taken a dip today but I don't think it is accurate as my son woke me up in the night and only went back to sleep for an hour and a half before taking temp.
I have recorded it but maybe I shouldnt have?

You can "discard" a temp in fertility friend. It's still there but isn't counted xx
