Spotting/bleeding

Okay so I need advice ladies. My man and I had sex while I was heavy ovulating (Aug 5th). I noticed very very light pink blood on August 17th so 11 DPO I guess. Then on the 18th, I noticed bright red blood after we had sex. I figured it was just my period because I was due to start. So anyways, I put a tampon in and went to bed (don’t come at me, I know the risks and I don’t wear them for longer than the recommended time😅)… well the next morning when I was getting ready for work, I went to change my tampon and there was literally no blood, just some light brown discharge. Sooooo I guess my question is “what the heck?”🤣 I’ve just never had anything like that happen before so I just want opinions from those of you who may have experience something similar. Could this be a possible sign of 👶🏽..? Should I test? Please help. Please no rude comments, there’s no point because I won’t retaliate!🤦🏽‍♀️

Side note*** I normally have 7 day periods with like 3-4 days heavy flow. I also still haven’t started my period. 🙂
