Pressure?

No matter if I’m sitting, laying or walking (worst when walking) I have this weird feeling it’s so hard to describe it’s definitely in the vaginal opening and if feels like I’m constantly going to pee or what it feels like after a cervical check, that dull ache. Every now and again I’ll get “lighting crouch.” I’m just wondering if this pressure is doing anything, dilation, or anything. Is this even pressure? I’m so tired of it. Also want to add that I’m having a ton of clear watery discharge (which I know is normal) but it has these little white specks in it.
