Anyone ever experience this & baby still be okay?

Took this on 8/17 (wrote wrong date down)
And 5 days later at 5w2d I took this and was shocked and extremely worried…
Trying not to freak out but how can I not?
I will know for sure if it continues to just get lighter and lighter until it’s negative, BUT in the meantime has anyone gone through this and baby still be just fine? Need some reassurance and comfort today… bday just passed on 8/20 so I’m feeling all sorts of ways😫😭🤬

If your hCG is super high it could be the hook effect which will make the test not work right. Try diluting with 50 to 75% water and dipping the test in there and the line should be darker.

These tests are designed for very early pregnancy and low levels of hormones. Try using ones that are less sensitive and detect higher levels of hcg
