Stomach hurts
Stomach kinda hurts and It makes a growling noise but I’m not hungry. I’m 7 weeks should I worry if it’s food poisoning. I ate a microwave hamburger yesterday and that’s when I started feeling like this. No disrreah but i am constipated
I’m not throwing up but I am nauseous but I have been for two weeks already I think it’s just because I’m pregnant.
