Yeast infection ?

It’s been about 4 days now that I have an itchy vagina and burning while peeing , not really any discharge or smell can it be a yeast infection or a BV infection? How can I heal these at home ???? I heard medication can make it worse

Yeast infection doesn't always present with discharge or smell.  Sometimes it is juat burn and itching.  If it's been happening for 4 days I'd try a monistat 3 or 7 or whatever the store brand is.  Get the little egg shaped ones since there's less leaking and less mess.  There will be some especially if you take it overnight at your first pee of the morning.  You may feel like it's burning a bit the first treatment but it's kind of supposed to.....it's killing the bacteria. They also generally come with an external cream if you have external itching.  If there's no change or relief after 3 days call your doctor for an appointment

BV you can't, yeast infection you can try Monistat 7. But you really need to see your dr so you can be sure to treat the correct infection.
