Jumping while pregnant?? HELP!!!

Hello ladies,
I know this might sound stupid but i was wondering if jumping over a fence can harm the baby? Im 18 weeks pregnant with my first ( havent felt movement yet) and i was standing on my porch when all of a sudden my cat started getting attacked by a stray so i ran and jumped over the fence to catch him.
Do you think i harmed my baby?

Are you now experiencing bleeding or cramping? If no you’re fine. If yes call the dr.

Jumping can hurt baby if it’s jarring and repetitive like in the gym because it can detach the placenta  but a quick hop over the fence is unlikely to do any harm especially when baby has so much room still. I hope the kitty is ok!! If you’re not having cramps or anything strange I would assume you are ok but you can always call your OB just to confirm. I know when you fall it’s the same risk
