bleeding later in the day after sex

okay so my boyfriend & i had sex when we woke up this morning & everything has been completely normal since then. i just went to the bathroom tho & when i wiped, there was blood. it was a decent amount too, not a lot, but definitely not ‘a little bit.’ it’s been like five hours since we had sex & i’ve peed like three times before this & there was no blood. i know i’m not on my period bc i just ended last week. when i googled, “postcoital” bleeding seemed to best describe all this but of anyone has any other ideas or anything pls let me know <3 this just has never happened to me except for when i first had sex so that’s why i’m a little concerned. also, if it is postcoital bleeding & u have any info on that, pls let me know! thank uu :)
