Swaddle help!

Hi moms,

Me again lol. My 12 day old is sleeping in our room in a bassinet with the owlet sock on and is in a halo swaddle sack. She likes being swaddled but anytime she’s not swaddled during a nap when I’m watching she loves her arms being free. She lifts her head a lot but not for super long.

Today in her bassinet while swaddled she rolled to her side briefly and acted like she wanted to keep rolling.

My question is, should I start swaddling her arms out just in case? Still in her sleep sack but arms out. Is she too young for that? Do I continue to swaddle her arms in?
