This is my first pregnancy and Im confused with different things on many levels 😂 I have questions for about anything that has to do with pregnancy, birth etc. can any of you ladies help me??

- what is a bloody show exactly?

- how do you know if you lost your mucus plug?

- how do I know when my Braxton Hicks turn into real contractions?

- before I went into the store today, I got the most intense, painful Braxton hick contraction. I got light headed and my body overheated from it, but it’s been 3hrs later and I haven’t had one since. Any worries? (I do get light/moderate Braxton Hicks from time to time though
