Do I have to go?

I miscarried for the first time in 2010. Going to the doctor just made me feel worse about the whole situation. Since then I have had one full term pregnancy. In June I had a very light cycle, like light enough I did need and tampons and just used a pad. This was strange for me. I should also add since my full term baby I have kicked cancer's ass twice. This last time I had to do radiation. Before my cycle this month I thought I had an ovarian cyst rupture, another detail is I lost my ovary and tube years ago on the right side and that is where all the pain was. Two days later I had such heavy bleeding I was going through super tampons and back up pads every three hours. I also had horrific clotting, cramp, and back pain. I really feel like I miscarried again, but I don't want to go to the doctor. Do you think I need too? TIA
