Can I feel it

Idk if I’m crazy this is baby #2 baby #1 was born in 2019 and now I’m 7 weeks pregnant and I swear sometimes I feel something move around in me like a little movement I’m like 😳😳😳 my first baby I didn’t feel anything until around 20 weeks so I’m like wtffff lol I don’t think I’m having twins lol 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

It’s not everyday I’ve felt it like twice so far but I know for sure I feel something in me move 😳
