I feel like I'm dying

Okay so this is really weird. TMI WARNING

I had the runs for a day last week and today I was finally "back to normal" stool wise. But it was so huge I was having trouble passing it. Then I wiped and saw blood. Usually I'm used to that period wise or not cause I tear SO easy when pooping. But I don't think I even tore that time. And there was SOOOO much more blood than I'm used to. And now after that I got cramps and they're worse than my usual ones and idk what going on. My period is supposed to start in the next few days but hasn't yet and I'm scared I'm sick or something.
