Hemorrhoid maybe??

I’m 38 weeks pregnant and today, it hurt putting on my underwear it’s so uncomfortable (yes, I’m still wearing thongs but not as much) and then when I sit it hurts like my butthole. It’s kinda painful but manageable. I can feel something there I had it 2 years ago but never went away after I had my two kids my doctor told me they couldn’t do anything until I was done having kids. But I did the wipes, cream etc and the pain went away just not the thing.
