Same name?

I’m 23 weeks and we’ve been pretty dead set on our name choice since around 14 weeks. My fiancé just got invited to his half brothers wedding so I was doing some fb investigating and looking at his family’s profiles (I haven’t met any of this family after 6 years, they’re not close at all. They live in another state and never really talk). While looking at his half sisters profile I saw that her son had the same name as the one we had picked out. Is that a definite deal breaker? I initially thought it was, but now I’m questioning it.
