Help please I'm losing my mind

Hi everyone,

Bit if a back story! I've conceived 3 times but unfortunately I miscarried.

On our third loss we opted for a d&c much to me not wanting to, so we could get genetic testing done. After the d&c my cycles have been horrendous and only just in the past 8 months have regulated (d&c was 2 years ago) I've had horrible lower back pain the lasts right up to I'm ovulating and the week of my period! It feels like a constant severe urine infection. It's effecting us ttc, my work life and just making me severely depressed.

I'm currently waiting for a referral to gynaecologist but my doctor said it could be a long wait.

I've had blood tests done which show a higher white blood cell count which could indicate an infection and I've protein in my urine but clear for a uti infection. I'm worried incase it's not gynea related and I'm no further 🙃

Has anyone any ideas or experience? I can't afford to go private at the moment 😭
