How clean I clear down there. I have so much dark pigment and I’m insecure please help

Is the pigmentation due to shaving for so long or was it because of having a child? If it’s due to the changes of having a baby I don’t think there’s much that can be done but I have seen body butters online that are supposed to help with pigmentation issues down there due to razors and it also is supposed to help razor bumps
