So I'm on norethindrone birth control. This is my 5th month on it. Last month I was only spotting on my period days. I took a pregnancy test it was negative. I take my birth control every single day on time. This month I'm a few days late. I've been having cramps but still no sign of a period. Please help! I definitely don't want to be pregnant
